HOUSING

NYCPM’s goal is to provide convenient and affordable accommodations for our students. We have several housing options available, which are granted based upon space availability. Students interested in College-sponsored housing must complete and submit a housing application and $50 processing fee. Applications received after College housing is filled will be placed on a waiting list. NYCPM-sponsored housing options are:



Bridges:

  • Located on East 124th Street and Third Avenue in Manhattan.
  • Bridges offers 4-bedroom luxury apartment-style accommodations. Each bedroom is private, with a shared, furnished living room, kitchen, and bath. Master bedroom includes a private bathroom.
  • Bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed, bookshelf, desk, and chair.
  • The apartments include central AC and laundry facilities inside the unit.
  • Utilities included in rent: gas, electric, water, and wireless internet.
  • Bridges is a convenient three-block walk to the NYCPM campus.



    The Heritage:
  • Located on East 110th Street and Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.
  • The Heritage offers newly renovated 3- and 4-bedroom apartment-style accommodations. Each bedroom is private, with a shared furnished living room, kitchen, and bath.
  • Bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed, bookshelf, desk, and chair.
  • Utilities included in the rent: gas, electric, water, and wireless internet.
  • The Heritage is a convenient 15 minute commute to the NYCPM campus via subway or bus.



    Parkchester:
  • Located on East 177th Street in the Bronx, Parkchester is a 129-acre, park-like residential community.
  • Parkchester offers 2- and 3-bedroom apartment-style accommodations. Each bedroom is private, with a shared furnished living room, kitchen, and bath.
  • Bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed, bookshelf, desk, and chair.
  • The furnished bedrooms include window A/C units.
  • Utilities included in the rent: gas, electric, water, wireless internet, phone, and cable.
  • Parkchester also offers unfurnished 1-bedroom units (limited to students with spouses/family).
  • Parkchester is a 25-minute commute to the NYCPM campus via subway.
